Customer Experience
Customer experience is one of the most important factors in determining a business’s success.
One company with great customer service is Warby Parker. In order to generate a positive customer experience they offer numerous services to benefit the customers. For example, their home try on program. To ensure customers are satisfied with their glasses, Warby Parker allows customers to try on multiple pairs at home before they choose to purchase any. Additionally, whenever someone purchases a pair of glasses and finds that the frames do not fit correctly, they can bring their glasses into an optical store for an adjustment. Although the adjustment does cost money, Warby Parker will reimburse a customer $50 within 30 days of the adjustment. These extra services provided only for a customer’s satisfaction are what makes the experience with Warby Parker so special.
Another example of a company with great customer service is Starbucks. They ensure a quality experience at every store by creating a space that is calming and welcoming. All of their locations are outfitted with comfortable chairs and fireplaces that, mixed with the strong and relaxing coffee scent in the air, create an environment perfect for studying and work. Additionally, Starbucks provides quality free wifi that allows patrons to use their devices for work or entertainment while they enjoy their drinks. On top of that there are multiple outlets for customers to charge their devices with so no one has to worry about rushing their work to compete with a battery’s percentage. Overall, the atmosphere and free services created by Starbucks largely contributes to their quality customer experience.
